Nope; still trying to find someone with more than one clue (need  
three to count :-).  Maybe he's it....

It is called "price."  Chi must be voluntary.  Rho need not.

In this model, mandated pricing is in fact a good thing, as it pre- 
specifies the reward appropriate for a particular creative 'gift.'

Valid points -- that is why I chose the term 'chi'. :-)

High praise indeed!  I'm actually rather proud of this -- it is the  
heart of my radical centrist project, and as far as I know nobody  
else has tried to put things together like this.
