[RC] The Apothemary of Happiness

Hi all,

Let me try this again.  This is a serious, intellectual discussion of 
happiness and humanity (hopefully that will make it past the electronic 
guardians :-).  Still, I wonder if this means I've finally found 
something interesting enough for AdSense, though I wonder what kind of 
ads I'd get...

This version has been streamlined slightly, and I decided to tackle the 
issue of femininity; I figured real mean shouldn't wimp out on that 
issue. :-)   Still, this is only Draft 2 so I welcome feedback.  
Remember, its deliberately vague -- be careful of reading more into it 
than is there.

              and are appreciated for it

    The more loved, the greater the risk
          The more loved successfully, the greater the happiness

Love & Hate

    Love is a state of positive idealization
          engaging emotions & intentions
              for pursuit of perceived good
                  in the beloved

      Hate is a state of negative idealization
          engaging emotions & intentions
              for destruction of perceived evil
                  in the detested

      Mature love sees both good and evil
          and pursues the former while destroying the latter
              in the same person at the same time

Sanity

• Aligning emotional community, rational reality & intentional character
  • Integrating loving spirituality, faithful rationality & hopeful 
sensitivity
  • Enjoying purposeful humanity, humble individuality & honest sexuality

Sexuality

    Sex is a metaphor for life. Not vice versa.

      Pleasure is to happiness as sugar is to food.
      Sex is to love like pleasure is to happiness.

      Men fight.
      Strong men fight and win.
      Real men fight evil and win love.

      Women nurture.
      Beautiful women nurture love.
      Real women nurture strength and love virtue.
