Redistricting Reform
Arnold lived up to my hopes today when he called
for the Legislature to reform redistricting procedures, as well as
endorsing Prop 62's open primaries. True, these won't solve
everything, but they are a significant step forward toward large-scale
reform.
Update: Prop 62 lost despite Arnold's (admittedly lackluster) support, though a similar measure won in Washington.
